Marquês Suites – Lisbon Guests:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to store luggage in the apartment.
However, there is a nearby luggage storage facility, convenient and secure, which we recommend:
For all other properties, storage must be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to assist you.
Guests at Alameda – Lisbon
Please make sure you are at the correct door. The Rooms, Suites, Apartments with more than 5 bedrooms, and Lofts are located at number 5, not 5B or 5C.
Touch the building’s keypad before entering the access code.
For the rooms: Switch on the keypad, enter the code, and turn the lock in the direction of the arrows until the door opens.
Guests at Marquês Suites – Lisbon
Please make sure you are at the correct building entrance, number 3.
Ring the intercom for 5 Dto and use the app to open the door.
For the apartment and room doors, enter the access code previously sent to you.
