About Us

Our story begins when architect Priscila was given the challenge of rehabilitating an apartment where a clinic used to operate and returning it to its original use as a home.

During the development of the project and the work, Jorge, the project manager, and Diogo, the engineer, saw a business opportunity there. 

 

In 2016 we finished work on our first apartment for short-term rentals. From then on, we tried to diversify our offerings.

 

Today, Home Out has a wide range of properties for tourism, with both short and long-term rentals. With rooms, suites, apartments and villas. You can find both affordable and luxury properties.

As at the beginning, we continue to renovate properties. We offer our services to those who, like us, want to invest and profit from rentals.
